Escalate AI is currently seeking Client Success Managers to oversee and manage existing customer accounts on our Escalate AI product offering. EscalateAI takes pride in delivering industry-leading hybrid chat experiences for our clients, and the Client Success Managers are at the core of planning and implementing the growth strategies for our customers.

Responsibilities include:
Consulting with clients and creating a user adoption plan for each software deployment.
Sharing best practices and educating clients on bot implementations.
Building lasting customer relationships as their trusted adviser.
Representing the customer voice to the product development team.

Qualifications
Applicants should be:
Professional and outgoing in demeanor and possess the ability and confidence to clearly communicate.
Experience in SaaS and technology a plus.
